Refund & Exchange Policy

This website is operated by Joli Decor, LLC under the brand name Graceful Sundays. At Graceful Sundays, we want you to love your pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

• Items must be in original condition with tags attached

• Proof of purchase is required\

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@gracefulsundays.com with your order number. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for processing.
